Ag Producers can be notorious for their incomplete and untimely completion of paperwork. Somewhere in the Great Ag Learning Center, it seems it must be taught that producers do not LIKE paperwork. Whenever goal setting occurs, there will be some paperwork involved. Therefore, what we are “fixing to do” may be painful, yet hopefully, it will be an experience that you will begin today and continue for the rest of your life.

We will be talking about short-term, intermediate, and long-term goal setting. Even though there are several types of approaches to goal setting, we will be discussing the approach that emphasizes setting priorities in one’s life or in a business.
